Can't find your tickets?
Most missing tickets turn up in two minutes. Pick the line that sounds like you:
- I bought the tickets
- Someone else bought my ticket
- I'm on a guest list, or the organizer gave me a ticket
- I'm at the event right now
- I'm the organizer, and an attendee can't find their ticket
I bought the tickets
We email your tickets to the address you typed at checkout. They come as a PDF attached to your order confirmation.
1. Search your email. Search for "Ticket Falcon" in every email account you use. Check your spam, junk, and Promotions folders too.
2. Resend them yourself. Go to the event's page on Ticket Falcon. Under Already bought tickets?, tap Resend your tickets or order confirmation email. Enter the email you used to buy, and your tickets will arrive in a few minutes. This works any time before the event ends.
If you see "No matching order found," the tickets were bought with a different email. Try your other addresses: work, school, or an older personal one.
3. Sign in to My Tickets. When you buy, we create a Ticket Falcon account for you with that same email. If you never set a password, go to Sign in, choose Forgot password, and enter the email you bought with. Your tickets are under My Tickets in the Ticket Falcon app when you sign in with the same email.
What if I made a typo in my email?
Then your tickets went to the misspelled address, and resending sends them there again. You can't fix this one on your own, but we can. Email us with:
- the event name and date
- your full name, as you typed it at checkout
- the email you meant to use, and the misspelled one if you can spot it
- about when you bought, and the last 4 digits of the card you used (never the full card number)
We'll find your order and get your tickets to the right address.
Someone else bought my ticket
This is the most common mix-up, and it's easy to fix.
Tickets stay in the account of the person who bought them. If a friend, family member, or your company bought your ticket, it won't show up in your My Tickets or in the app, even if you have your own Ticket Falcon account. Nothing is wrong with your account.
1. Ask the buyer to send it to you. In their My Tickets, next to the order, they tap Send Ticket(s), enter your email, and send. You'll get an email called "You've Received a Ticket to [event name]" with your own QR code. You don't need an account to use it.
If the buyer doesn't see that button, the organizer hasn't turned it on for this event. The buyer can forward you their confirmation email instead. That email holds every ticket on the order, so they should only forward it to people in their group.
2. Check your email for "You've Received a Ticket." It may already be there.
3. Can't reach the buyer? Open the event page and tap Contact the organizer. They can find the order and help you get in.
I'm on a guest list
If the organizer added you to a guest list or gave you a free ticket, they sent it to you directly. It may have come by email (subject "[event name]: You're on the list!"), by text message, or both.
Guest list tickets aren't stored in a Ticket Falcon account, so they won't show up in My Tickets.
- Search your email and texts for the event name.
- Still nothing? Ask the organizer to send it again. They can resend it any time and fix your email or phone number if it's wrong.
I'm at the event right now
Go to check-in and give them your name. Check-in staff can look you up by name, email, or order number, so you can get in without a QR code. Each organizer sets their own entry rules, so have a photo ID ready in case they ask.
For organizers
You can solve most "I can't find my ticket" messages from your event dashboard in under a minute.
Find the order. On your event dashboard, search the Orders or Attendees table by name, email, or order number.
Resend to the buyer. In Orders, open the order's Actions menu and choose Resend Order Confirmation. It goes to the email used at checkout. (It isn't available for on-hold or refunded orders.)
Fix a wrong email and send the ticket to the right person. Resend Order Confirmation always goes to the original checkout email, so it can't fix a typo. Instead:
- In Attendees, open the attendee's menu and choose Edit Info.
- Correct the email and save.
- Choose Send Ticket. The attendee gets their own email with a QR code.
Send Ticket appears when your event lets buyers send tickets to their guests (in your event's Advanced Settings) or when your guest list is on.
Guest list. Open your guest list, fix the guest's email or phone number if needed, and send their email or text again.
At the door. On web check-in or in the app, search by name, email, order number, or ticket number, and check them in. No QR code needed.
Prevent it next time.
- Turn on the Advanced Setting that lets buyers send tickets to their guests, so everyone in a group can carry their own ticket.
- Add how to reach you in the Message for attendee order confirmation email (also in Advanced Settings). Buyers will then contact you directly instead of searching for you.
Still stuck?
