How to access tickets via the Ticket Falcon app

To access your tickets via the Ticket Falcon app, sign in to your account and click on the "My Tickets" button. All current and past events will appear. Tickets are organized by event. Click the event to access your ticket(s). You will present the QR code to the event organizer to gain entry.

• "Not Checked-In" will appear under the QR code if the ticket has not been scanned or checked-in. 
• "Check-in" in will appear under the QR code if the ticket was checked-in already. This is a quick way to know the status of each ticket. You can switch back and forth between tickets from your order by clicking "Prev Ticket" or "Next Ticket."

You can also access your tickets via the web by clicking here. You will be prompted to sign-in if you are not signed-in already.
