How to Check-In Attendees from the Check-In App
With Ticket Falcon's check-in app, you can easily scan in attendees from your phone. Check-in is available within 24 hours of your event start time. You can check-in attendees manually or via the in-app QR code scanner.
To scan in attendees, sign in to the Ticket Falcon app, click on the "Check-In Attendees" button and click the "Check-In Attendees” button when available for your event. You can search for specific attendees and check them in manually by clicking the "Check-In” button.
You can also scan attendees in via their ticket’s QR code. To do so, click the QR code button in the lower right-hand corner of the app from your event’s “Check-In-Attendees” screen. Scan the ticket’s QR code with your phone’s camera. The following messages provide additional information about the status of each scanned ticket:
- "Check-In Successful" appears in green when the ticket is valid. The attendee can be granted access.
- "Ticket Has Already Been Scanned" appears in red as an invalid ticket if the QR code was previously scanned at the event. Attendees should not be granted entry until a valid ticket is provided. This message prevents attendees from using duplicate tickets.
- "Ticket Does Not Exist with Event" appears in red as an invalid ticket if the QR code is not associated with the event. Attendees should not be granted entry until a valid ticket is provided.
- "Check-Out Successful" appears when an attendee is checked out of an event. Attendees can check-in again at a later time. If you do not want to allow attendees to check-in multiple times, event organizers can choose not to check out (UnCheck-In) attendees.
To allow in and out access, you must "Un-Check-In" each attendee from the check-in screen.
