How to send text messages to your attendees

Ticket Falcon's Text Message Attendees feature lets you send SMS messages directly to your ticket buyers — perfect for last-minute updates, directions, schedule changes, or event-day reminders.

Getting to the Text Message page

  1. Go to My Account → Manage Events.
  2. Click Event Dashboard for the event you want to message.
  3. In the dashboard menu, click Send Text Message To Attendees (or navigate to My Account → Message Attendees  with your event ID).

Credits

Text messaging uses a credit system:

  • 1 credit = 1 message (up to 153 characters per message)
  • Credits are purchased by the event organizer (team members cannot purchase credits on behalf of the organizer)
  • Credits are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase
  • To purchase credits, click Purchase Credits on the Text Message Attendees page
  • To review your purchase history, click Credit Purchase History

Your current credit balance and credits remaining are displayed at the top of the page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the character limit? Each message can be up to 153 characters. Messages longer than this will consume additional credits.

Can I send to all attendees at once? Yes — use the bulk-select checkbox at the top of the attendee table to select all, then click Send Message.

What if an attendee didn't provide a phone number? Attendees without a phone number on file will not appear as eligible recipients and cannot receive a text message. Make sure your ticket type is configured to collect phone numbers.
