How does the event reminder work?

Ticket Falcon sends an automatic event reminder email to each ticket buyer 24 hours before the start of your event. The email contains order confirmation details as well as PDF tickets. You can also choose to send a reminder email 1 hour before the event and/or 15 minutes before the event starts.
