Guest list SMS tool tip

SMS Sent shows whether a Magic Link text message has been delivered to this guest.

• Yes — the SMS was sent and accepted by the carrier.
• Queued — the message is in the send queue and will be delivered shortly.
• Failed — delivery failed (e.g., disconnected number). Correct the phone number and try again.
• Invalid — the phone number format was not recognized. Update it in the Phone column.
• No — no SMS has been sent to this guest yet.

SMS messages use your account's SMS Credits. Each segment of each message delivered to a unique phone number costs 1 credit. Credits expire 2 years from purchase.
