Create and edit an event
To create an event, click here. You will be prompted to sign in or create an account.
Event Details
Complete the following information (*=required):
Event Title* | Name of event. |
Custom Ticket Falcon Event URL* | Customize the Ticket Falcon event URL that attendees will use to register/purchase tickets. |
Event Type* | Select event type. |
Event Category* | Help attendees find your event by assigning one or multiple categories. |
Main Event Image | Include an image of the flyer that best represents your event. For the best results, please use the following when uploading an event image: Image size (1240 X 500 px) or Image ratios (2:1). |
Event Description* | Tell attendees all the information necessary about your event. |
Sponsors | Include sponsor types/subsections and logos on the event page. |
Event Location* | Let attendees know where your event is located with the following options:
Display Map on Event Page — Choose whether to show a map of the event location on your event page. This will help attendees easily find your event. Hide Location Until Ticket Buyers Complete Purchase— Choose whether to keep the event location hidden until after a ticket is purchased. This can be useful for private events or events with limited capacity. |
Event Date and Time* | Select event duration. |
Event Time Zone* | Set the time zone for your event. |
Organizer Profile* | Create or assign your event to an organizer profile. |
Event Privacy* | Select from the following event privacy settings:

Refund Request Policy* | Select a refund policy for your event and show it on the event page. |
Event Reminders* | Send 24, 1-hour, and/or 15-minute event reminders to ticket buyers. |
Require Age Verification (21+) | If enabled, ticket buyers will be required to confirm they are at least 21 years old before completing their purchase. |
Message for Attendee Order Confirmation and Reminder Emails | Include a message to attendees via the order confirmation email and 24-hour reminder email. |
Enable Ticket Buyers to Edit Attendee Data | Allow ticket buyers to edit attendee data after purchasing. |
Attendee Order Confirmation Emails* | Enable ticket buyers to receive Ticket Falcon order confirmation emails. |
Waitlist | The waitlist feature lets you keep potential customers engaged even after your event or specific ticket types sell out. When enabled, interested buyers can join a waitlist and receive notifications if tickets become available due to cancellations or increased capacity. |
Seating Arrangement* | Choose between general admission or reserved seating. |
Enable Day of Quick Checkout Once Event Starts | Enable attendees to checkout faster by bypassing the cart page. |
Stripe Credit Card Fee Responsibility* | Pass the credit card fee on to the ticket buyer or absorb it. |
Once all required fields are completed, you can save the event as a draft and revisit it later or advance to create tickets and publish your event.
Edit Event
- To edit your event(s), visit the Manage Events page.
- Click on Edit Event to make changes to an existing event.
- To save your changes, click Update Event Information at the bottom of the page.
