Create and Edit an Event
To create an event, click here. You will be prompted to sign in or create an account.
Complete the following information (*=required):
|Event Title*||Name of event|
|Event URL*||Customize the event URL that attendees will use to register/purchase tickets|
|Event Type*||Select event type|
|Event Category*||Help attendees find your event by assigning one or multiple categories|
|Main Event Image||Include an image of flyer that best represents your event|
|Event Description*||Tell attendees all the information necessary about your event|
|Location*|| Let attendees know where your event is located with the following options:
|Start and End Day and Time*||Select event duration|
|Time Zone*||Set the time zone for your event|
|Password Protect Event||Create an event password and share with attendees to access event page|
|Make Event Private||Hide event from event listing page and search engines - only those with the link can access your event page|
|Refund Policy||Select a refund policy for your event|
|Age Verification||Require attendees to be 21 years or older to access the event page|
| Custom attendee message
||Include a message to attendees via the order confirmation email and 24-hour reminder email|
Once all required fields are completed, you can save the event as a draft and revisit it later or advance to create tickets and publish your event.
- To edit your event(s), visit the Manage Events page.
- Click on Edit Event to make changes to an existing event.
- To save your changes, click Update Event Information at the bottom of the page.
