Create and edit an event
To create an event, click here. You will be prompted to sign in or create an account.
Complete the following information (*=required):
|Name of event
|Custom Event URL*
|Customize the event URL that attendees will use to register/purchase tickets
|Select event type
|Help attendees find your event by assigning one or multiple categories
|Main Event Image
|Include an image of flyer that best represents your event
|Tell attendees all the information necessary about your event
|Include sponsor types/subsections and logos on the event page
Let attendees know where your event is located with the following options:
|Event Date and Time*
|Select event duration
|Event Time Zone*
|Set the time zone for your event
|Create or assign your event to an organizer profile
Select from the following event privacy settings:
|Event Refund Policy*
|Select a refund policy for your event and show it on the event page
|Send 24, 1-hour and/or 15-minute event reminders to ticket buyers
|Message for Attendee Order Confirmation and Reminder Emails
|Include a message to attendees via the order confirmation email and 24-hour reminder email
|Enable Ticket Buyers to Edit Attendee Data
|Allow ticket buyers to edit attendee data after purchasing
|Attendee Order Confirmation Emails*
|Enable ticket buyers to receive Ticket Falcon order confirmation emails
|Choose between general admission or reserved seating
|Enable Day of Quick Checkout Once Event Starts
|Enable attendees to checkout faster by bypassing the cart page
|Who Covers the Stripe Credit Card Fee*
|Pass the credit card fee on to the ticket buyer or absorb it
Once all required fields are completed, you can save the event as a draft and revisit it later or advance to create tickets and publish your event.
- To edit your event(s), visit the Manage Events page.
- Click on Edit Event to make changes to an existing event.
- To save your changes, click Update Event Information at the bottom of the page.
