Can I pay with Cash App? (Cash App Pay vs. Cash App Card)

We accept payments via Cash App. Depending on the event organizer's settings, you may see a dedicated option for "Cash App Pay," or you may need to use your Cash App Card details manually.

Here is how to use both methods:

Method 1: Using "Cash App Pay"

Best for: Faster checkout without typing card numbers.

On the checkout page, look for Cash App Pay in the payment options list.

  1. Select Cash App Pay as your payment method.
  2. Click Place Order.
  3. If on Mobile: You will be redirected to the Cash App to authorize the payment.
  4. If on Desktop: A QR code will appear on your screen. Open your phone’s camera to scan the code and authorize the payment.

Note: If you do not see "Cash App Pay" listed as an option, the event organizer may not have this specific feature enabled. Please use Method 2 below.

Method 2: Using the Cash App Card

Best for: When the Cash App Pay option is unavailable.

You can use your Cash App Card exactly like a standard Visa debit card.

  1. Select Credit / Debit Card as your payment method.
  2. Open your Cash App and tap the card icon to view your card details.
  3. Enter the 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV.

    Crucial Step: Ensure the Billing Zip Code you enter on Ticket Falcon matches the Zip Code in your Cash App settings.

    • To find this: Open Cash App > Tap your profile icon > Select Personal > Look for "Zip Code."
    • Why this matters: If you have moved recently, your Cash App card might still be tied to an old Zip Code. If they don't match, the payment will decline.

Common Troubleshooting

Why was my Cash App payment declined?

  • Zip Code Mismatch: This is the most common error. Verify the zip code in your Cash App profile (under Personal settings) matches the billing zip code you entered.
  • Insufficient Cash Balance: Even if your Cash App is linked to a bank account, the transaction may attempt to pull funds from your "Cash Balance" first. Ensure you have funds loaded in the app.
  • Card Lock: Check the card tab in your Cash App to ensure your card is not temporarily "Locked."
