1. Pre-Assign Contact to Tickets (Beta Feature)
- What it does:
- Quickly assign a specific ticket type to a contact, either an existing Ticket Falcon user or a newly created account.
- Ideal for swiftly populating guest lists, especially for sponsored or VIP attendees.
- Allows for creating "Guest of [Sponsor Name]" entries, even when the guest's name is unknown beforehand. This ensures accurate guest list representation.
- This is great for getting guests into Ticket Falcon for a specific ticket type and/or sponsor/guest when it needs to be done quickly to ensure the guest list is adequately accounted for.
- Triggers Ticket Falcon reminder emails (if enabled).
- Why we built it:
- To streamline the process of adding specific individuals to events, ensuring accurate guest counts and efficient entry.
- To support events where pre-determined guest lists are crucial, including scenarios where sponsor guests' names may not be immediately available.
- To allow for fast check-in at the event.
- When to use it:
- When you need to quickly assign a single ticket type to a specific person.
- For sponsor guests or VIP attendees, pre-registration is essential.
- When you need to account for sponsor guests whose names are unknown, use "Guest of [Sponsor Name]" as a placeholder.
- When you need to leverage Ticket Falcon reminder emails.
- "Guest of [Sponsor Name]" Functionality:
- This feature lets you create a ticket entry that identifies a guest as belonging to a specific sponsor, even if you don't have their name yet.
- This is valuable for events where sponsors are given a certain number of guest passes, but the exact attendees are finalized later.
- At the event, the guest can state who they are a guest of, and they can be found and checked in quickly.
- Important Note: This method does not collect survey information. This is a beta feature and needs to be enabled for your event(s).
2. Add Attendees (Paid/Comp)
- What it does:
- Allows event organizers to add one or more tickets (paid or complimentary/free) to an order.
- Collects attendee survey responses during the registration process.

- Supports coupon codes for discounts or free tickets.
