Ticket service fees tool tip

Use this feature to change who pays fees. Attendees pay fees by default. As the organizer, you can choose to cover the fees. Note: Ticket Falcon is free for free events. Our pricing for paid events is listed here.

By default, paid by attendee is selected and means the Ticket Falcon service fee will be added to the ticket price and paid by the attendee. When this option is selected, you will receive the full price of each ticket as the event organizer minus the Stripe payment processing fee.

When paid by organizer is selected, the attendee pays the price of the ticket and the Ticket Falcon service fee is deducted from the price you as the event organizer sets. With this option, you receive the price of the ticket minus the Ticket Falcon service fee and Stripe payment processing fee.

When ask attendees to cover fee is selected, the attendee has the option to pay the fee or not. If the attendee chooses to pay the fees, you will receive the full price of each ticket as the event organizer. If the attendee chooses not to pay the fees, the fees will be deducted from the ticket price that you set. With this option, you can check the attendee chooses to pay fee checkbox by default.
