There is an error when completing my order

Have you received this error when completing your purchase?

"Stripe Payment Error: This account cannot currently make live charges. If you are a customer trying to make a purchase, please contact the owner of this site. Your transaction has not been processed." Or "Your purchase cannot be completed until the event organizer enables/connects their Stripe account."

If so, the above message(s) means that the Stripe account associated with the event has not been validated. Ticket Falcon will be unable to process payments on behalf of the event organizer until their account is validated.

  • As an event organizer, you will be unable to process payments until you properly validate your account with Stripe. 
  • As an attendee, you will be unable to complete your order until the event organizer validates their Stripe account. If you have any questions, contact your event organizer directly.
