Didn't receive your order confirmation email?
If you registered for an event on Ticket Falcon and did not receive an email confirmation after your order, there may be:
- a typo in your email address. Contact us to correct your email address and receive an updated email confirmation.
- the possibility that your order never completed due to a credit card error (i.e. incorrect CVV#, wrong zip code, etc.). If this is the case, you can try completing your order again. Note: your credit card will only be charged for completed orders.
- a chance that the email confirmation was sent to your spam folder or filtered/restricted by your email spam filter. If this occurred, you can add Ticket Falcon to your safe senders list to prevent any of our emails from going directly to spam again.
- the likelihood that you paid via ACH Direct Debit, which can take 5-7 business days to clear. Once your payment clears, you will receive an automated order confirmation email.
