How to update and edit your registration information

To to edit order/registration information like first name, last name, and email address, go to the "My Tickets" page. Select the order you want to update and click the "edit attendee data" link.

If you do not see the "edit attendee data" link, the event organizer is most likely not allowing changes to registration information. Contact the event organizer to request registration updates. You can contact the event organizer from the event page, their organizer page or your My Tickets page.

Note:

• Only the ticket buyer can update attendee information
• You cannot change the number of tickets ordered - if you would like additional tickets, please place a separate order
• You cannot update the payment type or billing address
• Ticket Falcon is unable to answer questions about event details or entry/check-in requirements - please contact the event organizer if you have questions about an event
