Why did I receive a partial refund?
It is up to the event organizer's refund policy to determine if refunds will be offered. Ticket Falcon fees are non refundable.
If the event organizer grants refunds and the:
- Ticket Falcon fees were added on top of your ticket price, you will receive a refund for the price of your ticket.
- Ticket Falcon fees were included in the price of your ticket, you will receive a refund for the price of your ticket minus the Ticket Falcon service fees.
