How to cancel an event
To cancel your event, visit your event dashboard. You can access your event dashboard from the manage events page.
From your event's dashboard page, click on the cancel event link.
Once you click the "Cancel Event" link, you will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your event. Once you confirm, your event will be canceled and cannot be undone.
Note: When your event is canceled, all attendees are refunded automatically, less Ticket Falcon's service fees. Regarding Stripe, there are no fees to refund a payment, but Stripe's fees on the original payment will not be returned in case of a refund.
Cancellation emails: Ticket Falcon will send a partially refunded email for paid ticket types to each ticket buyer. If your event is free or has free Ticket Types, Ticket Falcon will not automatically send attendees an email cancellation/refund email. To send a cancellation email, visit your event dashboard. Scroll down to the "Attendee Summary" section and click "Message All Attendees" to send a cancellation email before canceling your event and/or refunding orders.
