Important Note: The options to add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet will only appear for the user logged into the Ticket Falcon account used to purchase the tickets. If tickets have been shared with you or if you are a guest added to an order, you will not see these wallet button options. These wallet buttons will be visible when you access your Ticket Falcon account on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

How to Add Your Ticket(s)

To add your ticket(s) to your digital wallet, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Ticket Falcon Account: Ensure you are logged into the Ticket Falcon account you used to purchase the tickets. You can do this from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Navigate to Your Order: Go to your order history or the specific order confirmation page containing your ticket(s).
  3. Locate the Wallet Buttons: On your ticket(s), you will see buttons labeled "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" (depending on your device and the wallet applications available). These buttons will be visible whether you view your order on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  4. Tap or Click the Appropriate Button:
    • Apple Wallet: Tap or click the "Add to Apple Wallet" button. This action will typically initiate the process of adding the ticket to your Apple Wallet on your iPhone or other compatible Apple device associated with your Apple ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
