How to export/download attendee data

Your event's attendee data is readily available for download from your Ticket Falcon event dashboard. This allows you to easily access and analyze information about everyone registered for your event.

Follow these steps to download your attendee list:

  1. Access Your Event Dashboard: Log in to your Ticket Falcon account and navigate to the dashboard for the specific event you are managing.
  2. Find the Attendee Data: Within the event dashboard, scroll down to the Attendee Summary section.
  3. Initiate the Export: The Attendee section contains an Export Attendees button. Click this button to begin the download process.

A file containing your attendee data will be generated and downloaded to your device. This file is typically in a Comma Separated Values (.csv) format, which can be opened with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other similar programs.

The exported file includes comprehensive details for each attendee, such as:

  • Ticket Information: Ticket Number, Ticket Type, Order Number, Order Date, Order Status.
  • Financial Details: Payment Type, Ticket Price, Ticket Falcon Fees (TF Fees), and the net amount (Ticket Price - TF Fees).
  • Attendee Contact Information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number.
  • Seating Information: Seating assignment and Seating Category (relevant for events with reserved seating).
  • Delivery Status: Indicating whether the Individual ticket was sent to the attendee/guest.
  • Survey Responses: All answers provided by attendees to any custom survey questions you included during the checkout process.

This downloaded data can be used for various purposes, including attendee management, reporting, and further analysis.
