Example check-in language to share with ticket buyers for expedited check-in

When communicating with ticket buyers, below is an example text that can be used regarding the check-in process.


"After registering, you (the ticket buyer) should have received a confirmation email from Ticket Falcon with a PDF attached, including your ticket QR code(s) as well as ticket QR codes via a separate reminder email within a day of the event. If you cannot access your PDF confirmation, you can quickly show your ticket QR code(s) via the Ticket Falcon > My Tickets page or Ticket Falcon App. Please have your ticket QR codes readily available before you reach check-in with your brightness turned up to expedite the process. Note: Only the ticket buyer receives confirmation of all tickets purchased, including those purchased on behalf of others. If your party is not arriving together, please forward them the ticket QR code(s) to ensure a seamless check-in."
