Collect attendee information for each table/section

This feature lets you sell tables/sections and gather attendee information for each seat. To enable and use this option, follow these steps:

1. Enable Table/Section Seating: Locate the "Selling Whole Tables/Sections? Collect Attendee Information for Each Seat" setting and click "Yes" to enable this feature.

2. Ticket Quantity: Set the capacity of all associated tables/sections and the number of seats that will be available (e.g., 100).

3. Ticket Price: Enter the price per seat (i.e., 100).

4. Set Seats per Table/Section: Once enabled, enter the number of seats available at each table/section (i.e., 10).

5. Calculate Total Capacity: Ticket Falcon will automatically calculate the total seats available based on the number of tables/sections and seats per table/section.

6. Calculate Table/Section Price: Ticket Falcon will automatically calculate the cost of each table/section based on the ticket price, ticket quantity, and # of tables/sections.

7. Sell Tables/Sections: You can now sell tables/sections as a whole.

8. Collect Attendee Information: You can collect individual attendee information for each table/section sold for each seat. This information helps you track and manage attendees at your event.

Benefits of Using Table/Section Seating:

  • Simplified Sales: Sell tables/sections as a whole, making it easier for groups to purchase together or sell seats individually.
  • Improved Organization: Track attendees by table/section and seat number for better event management.
  • Enhanced Guest Experience: Provide attendees with a more organized and efficient check-in process.

How Table/Section Seating Works with Different Event Types

  • General Admission: You can edit the "seats per table/section" field to set the desired capacity for each table/section.

    Reserved Seating:

    • Based on your seating chart, Ticket Falcon automatically calculates the seats per table/section and total capacity. You can manually do this from the create/edit ticket page by clicking the "Update Reserved Tickets Quantity" button.
    • Edit the seating chart to adjust the total number of tables/sections sold. Ticket Falcon will automatically update the available options for ticket buyers.
