Can I use reserved seating with free ticket types?

Reserved seating is only for paid ticket types (events). Under the paid ticket type on the create/edit ticket types page, a reserved seating chart category dropdown will appear. You can select the appropriate reserved seating chart category to assign to each respective paid ticket type for your event. Once all reserved seating chart categories are assigned to a ticket type, you can create general admission ticket types (free, paid, raffle, add ones or donations).

Note: A Stripe account must be connected to accept payment for paid events.
