Our service fee is $1 + 5% per ticket. As the event organizer, you have full flexibility in how you apply this fee to your ticket sales.

Using a $10.00 ticket as an example, the fee calculation is:

• Fee Breakdown: $1.00 + ($10.00 * 5%) = $1.50

Choose How to Handle the Fee

1. Pass the Fee to the Buyer (Recommended)

The service fee is added to the ticket price, so your attendees cover the cost.

• Ticket Price: $10.00
• Ticket Falcon Fee: $1.50
• Total Paid by Buyer: $11.50

2. Absorb the Fee (Included in Ticket Price)

You cover the service fee from your earnings, so the buyer pays only the exact face value of the ticket.

• Ticket Price: $10.00
• Paid by Buyer: $10.00
• Your Net Earnings: $8.50 ($10.00 minus the $1.50 fee)

Pro Tip: Passing the fee on to the buyer ensures that your event revenue remains untouched, allowing you to keep 100% of your ticket's face value!
