The Ticket Falcon total sales amount incudes the Ticket Falcon service fee. The Ticket Falcon service fee can be passed on to the ticket buyer or absorbed by the event organizer.

For example, if the face value of the ticket type is $10.00 and the Ticket Falcon service fee is $1.19, assuming the Ticket Falcon service fee is passed on to the ticket buyer, the total sales would be $10.00 + $1.19 = $11.19. If the Ticket Falcon service fee is included in the ticket price, the total sales would be the face value of the ticket or $10.00 in this example.
