What to do if your order/payment was declined/failed, but your bank shows a pending charge
Failed/declined transactions may still appear on your debit/credit account temporarily as pending. Some banks or credit card issuers can take several days to remove the pending charge(s). This scenario is not unique to Ticket Falcon. Virtually all online transactions are handled in this way. If you see a pending transaction because of a failed or declined order, wait five business days for it to be removed from your account. If the pending charge still exists after five business days, please reach out to your bank to get an estimated timeframe of when the pending transaction will be removed.
Note: Once an order is complete and payment has been successfully charged, you will be taken to an order confirmation page. You will also be sent an order confirmation email.
