Why do I have to fill in my billing address during checkout for paid orders

Ticket Falcon collects the billing address of Ticket Buyers during checkout to help prevent fraud by verifying unauthorized use of credit/debit cards. In cart-no present transactions, the Address Verification Service (AVS) cross-references the Ticket Buyer's billing information with the data their card company has on file. For example, during checkout, the billing address must match the billing address the card issuing bank has on file, or the attempted charge may not go through.

Please make sure your credit card billing information is current to reduce declined payments.
