What if I do not see my refund on my bank statement?

If an event organizer processed a refund and you do not see it on your bank account statement within 5-10 business days, please contact your event organizer and ask for the associated Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). An ARN is a unique number assigned to a credit/debit card transaction as it moves through the payment flow. It can be used by banks to help trace a refund if it appears to be missing. ARNs are available for Visa and Mastercard transactions only.
