Attendees receive "Sorry, this product cannot be purchased" message when checking out
If an attendee receives "Sorry, This Product Cannot be Purchased" during checkout, this means that the price of your ticket type was not saved properly. To resolve this issue, edit and re-save the ticket ticket type for your event. To test, try to add the ticket to your cart. The issue is resolved if you can successfully add the ticket to your cart. If you cannot add the ticket to your cart, contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible.
